Japan's Perspective of Bombings
The Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombings have changed the world we live in today because it not only wiped the two cities out completely but killed off hundreds of thousands of innocent people that did not deserve to die in such a selfish way. The United States just wanted to save their people. They didn't care that it also hurt a lot of people. It destroyed hundreds of years of work into building that city up to what it was. The Japanese didn't want to die. They desperately wanted to stay alive and tried to. The United States just didn't care. The United States was inconsiderate of the power of the atomic bomb. The atomic bomb destroyed every last ounce of the city and it would be very difficult to rebuild the whole city, including the population. That's the thing, the United States didn't think about that. They thought about what's good for the US. Not what's good in everyone's favor. Then, in the end, the United States had no reaction to the bombing, negative or positive.
